Guests who cancel 30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. After that date, the trip is non-refundable.

After booking confirmation, guests will receive a link to a secure external page for online check-in, where they will be asked to upload a photo ID, a selfie, some personal information, and to sign the tourist contract. If required by the municipality, payment of the tourist tax will also be requested.
In accordance with current public safety regulations, guests must also be identified in person before entering the property. This procedure is carried out in full compliance with personal data protection regulations.
To ensure proper room arrangements, the property will, by default, prepare double beds based on the number of guests indicated in the reservation. Sofa beds will not be set up automatically unless specifically requested in advance.
If you would also like to use the sofa bed and therefore sleep separately, we kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before check-in. This service incurs an additional charge, and for organizational reasons, last-minute requests may not be guaranteed.
